Please read and understand our terms and conditions. (You will be known as Client. Technology Integrators will be known as Provider)
Web Site Content and Control	All sites hosted by Technology Integrators are prohibited from publishing content that include or reference images, words, or software that contains sex, nudity, eroticism, or any illegal activity. We will only allow family orientated content. No "adults only" related businesses will be allowed.
Site Availability	Provider will make every reasonable effort to keep the Client's web site available 365 days/24 hours. Provider can not guarantee 100% uptime due to Internet outages, acts of God, hardware failure, or other unforeseeable reasons.
Limit of Liability	Provider is not liable to Client for loss of business or profits or any other damages resulting from lack of site availability or incorrectly displayed information.
Ownership of Content	Client retains all ownership of all content associated with and residing within Client's site. Client is solely responsible for maintaining Client's own content.
Termination	Client must notify Provider in writing or Email and give 30 days' notice.
Access to Content	Provider will make available Client's site content upon termination.
Linking to Technology Integrators	If so desired, Client may include a link from their web site to Technology Integrators. This link will include the words "Technology Integrators" or choose one of the graphics from here: http://www.techi.net/logos/ Please link to http://www.techi.net/
